Last year I had this lady in my class who had a face like a death mask. Too much plastic surgery and a gallon of botox cranked into her face left her totally expressionless and very creepy-looking when she spoke.  Her face was so completely unmoving that I'm sure you could have snipped off one of her fingers with garden shears and it wouldn't have registered. |

That reminds me of the late "Deborah" of Japan. She sold cosmetics (a spokesperson) and was as white as notebook paper and looked like leatherface.
Nice lady though - just VERY freaky.

and not too freaky but funny.
one boy who will only ever pick the letter 'r' during hangman even if he's already struck out.
another girl who does hangman and always mispells the words (i.e. basically down to the last few letters and then sure as clockwork "ohhh,nooo").
One girl who takes items and in succession touches them to both her nipples and then her privates and says "good luck, good luck. good luck". Done for luck I suppose.
I haven't taught her long. It should be interesting... |
