With all due respect what was the valid target?
Iraq is next to Iran , Saudi Arabia and Syria.
Was there a good why to pressure Saudi Arabia?
The way the mideast was before 9-11 was a very dangerous situation for the US. |

And now the situation in the Middle East is less dangerous for the US? That seems to be what you're implying. |

Not yet .
Iraq was part of the war on terror but it isn't the whole war.
The war on terror needs to be fought and it is going to be tough on the other hand it ought to be easier than the cold war. Of course the war on terror works better with an alternative energy policy. I think the US can win if it is does what it is needed to win. Up till now it hasn't. |

How many other wars are needed to defeat your trilogy of terrorism? |

| None if the Al Qaedists , the Khomeni followers and the Bathists give up their war. They don't have a right to their war. Put the blame where it ought to be. |

Utter rubbish of the sort I'd expect to find in The Guardian on a day of op-ed rants. If this is your mindset, it's no wonder you can rationalize Hamas' brutality. |

Mr. Paul does Al Qaeda seek the Caliphate?
Mr. Paul why have you voted against every government bill on alternative energy? |
1. No. Only stupid and deluded people believe that AQ seeks the Caliphate.
