Is the 63 building open today?

Thought it would be a good chance to go out and see things I haven't seen yet in Seoul.

Anyone know?

I am about 2 mins away from it, but have no clue actually. I'd assume it was open. You should go out at night and check out the sky tower, if your camera has nighttime mode it's beautiful. But since everyone is supposedly leaving town, i guess tonight wouldn't be a good time.
