| Hey... I am just looking for a store that sells a condenser microphone, a stand for the mic, and studio monitor speakers. I'm looking for any place within Seoul, best price / quality. Anyone know of a place that's any good? |

Technomart on the green line at Gangbyeon station (East Seoul). There are a few audio shops selling stuff somewhere between the 2nd and 8th floors.
There is also the ETLand building in Yongsan, on the 2nd or 3rd floors. |

| get a korean friend to help you buy them online. Korean guys know the good discount electronics webpages. If you dont' care about quality, homeplus has basic stuff. |

Online is the way to go. There's a great audio gear marketplace at mnshome.co.kr
I rocked an outstanding pair of Event monitors on there a couple years ago at a good discount (for Korea, of course. You'll not see eBay US prices).
ALternately, you can pay full marked-up price at Nagwon. The KRK monitors are all there, for example. |
