| Felt like punching each of the characters in the stomach. Sick of quirky, vaguely Wes Anderson-ish dramadies... |

| I think they want to project that it is in America, yet the guy who wrote it is Canadian? |
Diablo Cody (screenwriter), is, in fact, a woman and she was born in Chicago (the latter 'fact' was lifted from Wikipedia).
I totally get the Wes Anderson comparison. Yip, I expected too much and was disappointed. I felt it was pushing an ideology...too many cultural references. The film seemed on a mission to prove how intelligent its makers were.
Pretentious. Weak. Where was the character development? I want my money back.
Wait, I downloaded it...what can I get back? |

Juno seemed pretentious, with a pushed ideology and too many cultural references??

The overuse of dubunked slang was enough for me to want to vomit.
Other than that, it was okay. |
