Does anybody know where I can find a nice meat & potatoe pie or steak and sidney whilst in Beijing. Not had one for 2 years and I've got the bends. Perhaps there are Irish bars that knock them out.

I went to Hidden Tree before it was rebuilt: www.treebeijing.com Don't remember any pies exactly.

But could still be worth checking out.

There is a bakery in the world trade center at Guomao that sells pies, there are a few different types at 15 yuan each. The bakery is on the ground floor at the south vehicle entrance near the paris bagutte.
