Reggie is a 3 year old mixed breed little girl. She was rescued from the Daejon shelter which is being forced to close at the end of February. She is a very sweet-tempered little girl. I picked her up yesterday and she continues to open up and become more trusting every hour...with a shelter dog you don't know what these poor little guys have gone through before, so a little timidity at first is to be expected.
She received all of her shots yesterday and I have the documentation that will make it easier to take her back home when your contract is up in Korea. She tested negative for heartworm.
She has one major problem which is her right hind leg. There is some serious issue with it and I will be taking her to a specialized vet this week to see if there is something that can be done about it. She gets along absolutely fine on the other three legs though and is learning very quickly how to walk on a leash.
I would keep her myself but I adopted a dog from Daejon a few months ago and cannot permanently keep her as well. If you think that you could give this sweet and strong little girl a home for life, please let me know. She is a survivor and just needs to be given a chance.

It might be good to include a picture of Reggie, or at least a fuller description beyond "3 year old mix breed".
