|
|
Admittedly, I have been an idiot, drinking up to ten mix-thingies a day, especially if I teach a lot of classes. I'm pretty sure it's not a winning habit for my aging and increasingly fragile body.
However, I like the hottish temperature and I'm not a fan of tea, in general... and they're so bloody easy...
I'm looking to make a change! What do you drink in class? |

My options are the "Koo Bucks" or "SweetBuns"... |

I know you said you're not a fan of tea. But have you tried pomegranate tea or green tea with lemon? They're my two favorites here. Then, of course, there's always just plain water! |

Jujube tea. Comes in a glass jar. Often has honey and/or lemon in it. Probably not fabulous for your teeth, but it's good stuff. |

Holy Toledo, Batman! Each of those packets is almost 200 calories! X10 = daily calorie intake. How fat are you gettin'? |

That's the thing - I have one of those metabolisms that allows me to consume a whole lot of crap and not show it. I'm 6'3" and I'm about 185 lbs. A lean mean balding machine, I am. The only thing I've found that really gets my weight up is beer...
Good suggestions so far. I'll give some of these a taste-test, and perhaps keep a variety of beverages on hand at work.
Ironically, I'm drinking a double mocha gold coffee mix as I type this. |

Oh my gawd! You just ruined my morning coffee mix. What am I going to drink now during my daily Dave's read? Although this completely explains the bottom end. |
