Hello,
I am doing my landlord a favor by posting info about this apartment that will be available in March.
It is a fairly spacious 1 bedroom apartment in the Dong-Bingo-dong area (near the Banpo-bridge, and Capitol Hotel). The apartment has 1 bedroom, a living room, den, and bathroom. The den is large enough to fit one extra person (which I have been doing for 1 year) as a roommate. The kitchen has an oven...yes, a full sized oven...and washer/dryer (no more mildewy clothes!). All furniture is included: a very comfy sofa, chairs, table, closets, and 2 beds.
The neighborhood is about a 7 minute walk to Itaewon station, and a 3 minute walk to buses that can get you to most places in Seoul (143, 730, 401, 406). Express bus terminal is across the bridge. Neighborhood is also very quiet.
