My contract finishes April 8. Does that mean I have to leave the country on this date? How long can I remain in the country legally?

I lied, one more question. The school wants me to extend the contract for 1 month. Do I have to leave Korea and come back? Do the new guidelines apply? |

1) IF you do NOT extend your visa you MUST leave (or extend) before midnight on the last date indicated on your ARC (regardless of when your contract ends).
2) IF you do the extension BEFORE March 15th you will NOT have to jump through the hoops of the new guidelines. If you do so AFTER March 15th the new rules and guidelines will apply. |
