I am also seeking advice about a recruitment agancy in Seoul. It is called Seoul Teaching Job Services, and I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of them and would love to know if they are good or not. Thanks!

ESL Planet have been good to me (twice!) And always provided sound, back up advice, when contacted.

Or approach SMOE, Gepik, Epik direct, but if you do, you won't have any backup from a recruiter, if things go awry. If you've been to Korea before teaching for 1,2, or more years, then you could probably apply direct, but if a newbie, then stick with a good recruiter. Ask to speak to the current ESL teacher, or the esl teacher about to leave.
