I recently move to Seoul from Texas. What options are there for investing your money? Good money made here in Korea. I would like to open up an investment account and dabble in the foreign exchange markets. But I was told that non-Koreans may not open up an investment account in any Korean banks. I tried the American branches in Korea (i.e. Citibank) and was told the same.

Oh, and how do you add a beneficiary to your private bank accounts? You know, just in case something happen to you and you want the money to go to someone else besides the Korean government.
