I personally think the new added links (view poster's blog, view latest post, etc...) only clutter things and don't do anything that wasn't already available.

IOW, I preferred it the way it was.

What do you think?

Hmm...

Maybe I'm posting from a bad connection, but I see links to profiles instead of siglines.

To name one.

You're talking about the "profile" and "pm" buttons? Are those recent? I didn't even notice.

I don't think it's a big deal. I've seen forums that are really annoying to browse b/c of ads between the posts and huge buttons underneath each post. This one's okay. Besides, it's not like anything's going to change as a result of the poll.

You are correct, Smee.

And siglines are gone?

What's different? The only thing I'm aware of is Dave's smug face.

Sig lines have been gone for quite a while now, and there were threads about it.

The PM and Profile links were always there as far as I remember.

I wish there was an option to read all pages of a thread at once. Hate clicking from page to page when I'm 8 pages late.

Yeah that stuff is nice, but what I really want is PHPBB3!

Hello mods! I asked you guys 5 times already. When are you gonna upgrade? I have gray hairs that are younger than this template.

But hey, if you're comfortable with the EE mafia running rampant at some point, then by all means continue. Don't say I didn't warn ya.

Although I like this site (I scan through and read articles here all the time although I don't post as much as I used to), except for breaking things into different forums, changes like the disappearance of sigs and message counts seemed designed to keep things mediocre.
