The 8 million is firm, sorry. On the Korean used-car sites there are same-year Gentra's with several thousand more km on them going for the same price. Thanks for the bid, though.

Hey, Encar is a great site. The wife is going to be putting our ad up there soon when she gets a break.
But, well, 2 things:

#1 - if you look closely, the three of them are Feb 2006 models. Mine's a Nov 2005, so the diff of manufacture date is 4 months actually, not the full year one first assumes. And you'll notice two are 18,000 km and one 9,000 km - 3 times and 2 times the mileage respectively. I'm selling a car four months older with a third less mileage for 100,000 won more, is the way to look at it.

#2 - About summer 2006, the father-in-law clipped and gave us a notice from the paper about a 'recall' of Gentra's - the recall actually being a need to go into a GMDaewoo after-service shop and get the fuel injection fixed. I distinctly remember being freaked out about it until the wife told me "it's for a few months after our car's make."

Hmmm....funny all three share the same month of manufacture!

I own a Daewoo. They are really great about service, and repairs have been dirt cheap for me (Matiz).
