you got to pay Dave to see resumes.
also be prepared to be swamped by recruiters etc |

I can see people who've posted resumes, but maybe I can't click their links to actually see their resumes. |

| really? I posted my resume on Dave's around 9 months ago and I was able to see mine. It didn't show up til a few days later though... |

I guess it has to be moderated to ensure legality and appropriatness.
If you specify what you exactly want, maybe 2 or 3 recruiters will actually read what you desire, and get back to you with some jobs or requests for more detailed requirements.
Many will just offer you jobs in China, suppose they gotta try, eh? |

| I got a lot of recruiters calling and e-mailing me now. Almost 40 e-mails and about 10 calls. Just today. |
