Where is the best place to find after school program type of jobs?

Look on worknplay there are quite a few at the mo because of new school year starting March.
They all have varying conditions and the recruiting/management companies that run them make a huge profit.
I'm trying to find one without the middle man.
Good to know an ajasshi who has principal contacts!!
