For people wanting to burn stress, try Thai or Chinese massage. I just got an 80-minute basic Thai course for just 55,000 won near Hongdae. For my girlfriend's birthday, I took her to a Chinese massage and it was just 40,000 won per person for 60 minutes.
For those who want cheaper foot massages, the Chinese places go as low as 25,000 won for 50 minutes. Just look for the sign 전통중국마사지.
The Thai place has three branches in Daechi-dong and Yeonnam-dong, Seoul, and Chuncheon. You should make an appointment, though.

I had never had a massage before the recent sojourn to Thailand, and I would never have thought that the only pressure point leading to ecstatic agaonly would be my toes.
