my computer's word program is in korean, so i cant read a lot of the buttons and options.

i want to change the page so that the long part is the horizontal, not the vertical, can anyone guide me through this step by step please?

not permanently, just one document.

I think you are saying you want the page in Landscape not portrait. If so here is how:

In word click the first menu on the left at the top.

Then click the 5th item down.

You will now have the page setup screen.

Click in the little windows(2 of them) alternatively with the letter A in them.

This will give you Landscape or Portrait.

Also, you can get a free download from openoffice.org .
Really good program that save in many formats.
The powerpoint is not fully compatible with MS when it comes to timings and such, but easily corrected.

Also free onlline office tools at Thinkfree.com , a great suggestion from a poster a couple of weeks ago.
