Why are these guys so cheap? - Kangarooted again

A letter to the cheap skates and you know who you are. They( you know who)still refuse to acknowledge or accept the reality that teachers should get paid real salaries and given better conditions after the new immigration rules came in. I know oldies and meet new teachers who complain endlessly about this or that here. So northing's changed who's fault is this(that)?

Recently, I noticed jobs advertised for E2 foreigners. Does that mean F2s are out of the market? They( you know who) seem to be like a decrepit aging forgetful old man refusing to accept change. This old un is the local ESL cartel. This meaning the people who control this business and refuse to do anything for anyone but themselves ( u know who). There still seems to be a lack of due care for teacher quality, contentment and economic comfort in refusing to up salaries. They wont even pay part time workers even though they are obliged to have a Foreigner in an English Institute.

I am guessing they have all met and said "let's keep it like it was before, treat the ''newbie'' like a an idiot, kangaroot them , enslave them, use em up and send em packing."They wonder why they wait so long for people to arrive, so quick to leave and the mindset isn't going to change. Frankly I am disgusted by the level of cheapness I see in front of me. I guess they do not really care whether their customers learn English if they get their money. It seems to me that even when 1+ 1=1 and then becomes 1+2 it is still = 2 in their minds' eye. I wonder whether a day will come and they get returned in kind. If we are the core part of their business, why doesn't Mohamed come to the mountain. It is character and nature of the beast that we can replace the disposable slave kind.

Basically, when you accept a salary of 2 million you tar us all with the same brush. Why should we continue to be Slaves to the system. If you want to really live here why shouldn't you ask for more pay, more holidays, more benefits if you've done well. Honestly, we are just second class citizens here and will a long time while we accept bull----. I know a great teacher who was undercut by an F2 to get the job. What is going on? Why would you do that if you have pride in yourself and you have to stay here. It smacks of the weakness and a lack of character. The inability to stand up for what you want is what they ( you know who). It doesn't matter what visa you have, its my perspective .I think it's time we looked out and after each other. Presently, we aren't so we get kangarooted again. Anyway, I m off to continue my Stockholm syndrome days of wonder.

I understand and agree your argument is a valid one, yet for people FOB who just graduate from their respective universities with no experience in teaching (*period), have no other skill other than the valid proof that they can think rationally and logically- for these people to ask for more than the going rate would actually be laughable in the eyes of Koreans....why should they pay more money for less skill in the classroom (this is not my thinking, I am playing the role of the average wangjangnim in this argument)....
However, the argument would be more valid if Korea were asking for people with more experience and with more solid creditations than just a BA in any subject.....
My point is- Korea is saturating itself with new people and by doing so, they are either intentionally or unintentionally keeping the salary down.
The problem then becomes, what is there for people who have the experience with ESL to do to make more money?
Thats when you see the market becoming more competitive, won't you agree?
