Last year I changed my UK driving license to a Korean driving license to allow me to drive in Korea. Due to unforeseen circumstances I require my UK license to be returned to me.
What is the easiest way for us to do this? The office I went to was in the Gangnam area. Does anyone know directions how to get there?

Hi,

I think I may need mine in the summer too, can't remember where I changed it in the first place?
I think you go there and hand in your Korean license in exchange for it.
I was thinking of getting a replacement/duplicate card from the DVLA, so the Koreans have one and I have one?
The cost will probably we worth the loss of hassle.

Here is a map to help you...Go to SamSung Station ie Coex and follow the directions on the map...There are also signs to help you find it when you get there...

Better advice.

Go back to the UK and say you lost it.

Do it all online, takes 14 days or so to get a new one.

Go get an international driving permit for your Korean license while you are here and then drive in the UK with that for a year and then change over to your UK one when the one year is up.

No idea. I was able to get one in Thailand straight after getting my Thai license.
