As a GEPIK employee am I meant to submit my LP at the end of the year?

GOt a slightly demented women pestering me for the last few days asking me if for them. I gave her a handful of shredded material and told her she had better get sticking and she got even more stressed.

I've given my school a lesson schedule that looks more like an itinerary. That was last year. I expect the same this year.

For summer camp, I gave them full lesson plans because I was asked to.

They asked specifically for LP for extra classes but I was told at the start of the year not to worry about my normal lessons so I didn't.

Some weeks I just went from the book, others off the top of my head, got 75% of them and would have all of them if I had been asked to keep a folder.

Of course the afore mentioned "Don't need to keep them" has now been denied.

I did 90 lesson plans for my special classes and winter camp last term and received 10,000 each for them. 900,000 paid today. I was told that this deal isn't available to every GEPIK teacher but only those who submitted them in the past and were liked.

I finished all of mine yesterday, so I've got about 4 notebooks full of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade lesson plans, summer and winter camps, and classes for teachers and parents + printouts of all powerpoint slides, games, and worksheets.

Asked to do mine on the last week of school before christmas, just for advanced class and teachers class.
Done a good memory job, close enough type thing.
On the last day, principal asked for outline plan for winter camp. I had no prep timefor camp, just in my vacation so I gave a quick summary of topics to be covered and a very general plan.
They wanted the full lesson plans for camp, on the Friday before the start of the camp week.
Principal doesn't feel a job will get done, unless teachers run around like headless chickens.

And none of them will ever be used again. Just churn out that paper!
