Just want to say sorry to a Hamilton, David Scott - who now apprently (although we have NEVER met before) - now apparently lives in my apartment and will have 91,000won deducted form his bank account on 2008-02-25.

These KT Megapass INCOMPETENT IDIOTS have mixed up MY ID/password at KT (my ID?password - was hamilton)...
with YOUR surname...
so - although my internet fee (which covers two computers connected through the internet via a HUB/port) has always been 43,000won per month (for Megapass premium (2) computers connected to internet)...
apprently 3 weeks ago when I went to KT for service and gave them MY Megapass service ID/pass (Hamilton) - some incompetent worker at KT Megapass has brought up YOUR surnmame on the screen (Hamilton) and
thinking that you want two computers connected to the internet (45,000 X 2) - will now been taking 91,000won from your account (for my internet service)... which normally ONLY costs me 43,000won per month - because I used to get a HUGE discount - as I have been connected with KT for the last 4 years in the SAME apartment in SongPa-gu...
I am going to KT at 3:40pm on Monday (after my school finished) to try to fix the problem and get it fixed again...
BUT WHO KNOWS what the imcompetent workers will do there? |
