I'll return to England in April, between contracts.

Do I need a re-entry form before I leave?

Can that be obtained from the airport?

Where do you get the form from at the airport?

Do I need a single or multiple re-entry form?

Thank you.

Depends on if you are getting a new visa issued or renewing the same one. Keeping the same visa will require a re-entry permit. Single if you dont plan on leaving Korea again before the end of the visa multiple if you want the potion. I always get the multiple because it is only 30,000 more and the hassle involved in getting a re-entry permit again is worth 30,000 to me. Plus the ease of being able to leave on short notice and not have to worry about the permit. I think they should raise the price of an E2 and make them all multiple re-entry.

I'll be extending the visa, staying at the same school. I'm British, so is it true I don't pay anything for it?!!!

Can I get it at the airport quickly or must I visit immigration?

You will need a re-entry stamp (unless your visa has an "M" for multiple entries) but it will probably be free for you. I recently traveled with a limey friend and while we all had to pay 30k he got off scott free. But you will have to go to immigration so get there an extra 20 minutes or so ahead of time.

I have a multiple entry visa, so I wouldn't need a permit at all in this case?!!!

From a brit on my staff, you do have to apply for it, but it doesn't cost you anything. You can do it at the airport. You may have to pay for it if it is the second year of your contract, as American have to pay for their second re-entry visa when staying at the same school.
