Is it possible to get an E-2 renewal at Inchon Immi for a hagwon in Seoul, or must it be done at Mokdong Immi???

Anyone knows?

Not for me. I'm leaving!!! ASAP.

I'm trying to help a poor soul who got screwed by a hagwon owner 9 months into his contract, and the Mokdong Immi folks say he cannot switch schools. It seems that Immi in Mokdong are in cohoots with all the Mokdong hagwon owners.

Comprende??

Brandon, your friend can't transfer the visa. But s/he can get a NEW visa, which involves a visa run to Japan. S/he will have to get the criminal background check and health check, though.
