The repetition of "Yes we can" in the end hit deeply.
Thanks for posting it. It should be circulated as much as possible. |

fascinating. the *beep* cats dolls singer was the closest to a hispanic. don't recall any asians. the token mute was included. but, it is all about feeling good. isn't something like 50% of america obese? where are the fat people in this slick sampling of the crazy quilt that constitutes america?
yes, we can watch as the ownership of the means of production continues to go offshore. yes, we can consume. yes, we can continue undeclared, illegal wars.
yes we can continue to believe because wishing DOES make something true.
plan? substance? no, we shan't. wouldn't be prudent. |

Once again, mistermasan hits a home run. I also want a song with Obama's foreign policy proposals spelled out in rhyme. I want a song with his health care program set to music. I want to hear his tax proposals with a rhythm you can dance to. |

I don't think there is much that I agree with Obama on, but this video is inspiring. Hollywood has to conjure up false hope, natch, but they did a dam good job on this video. You almost believe that they could do something about it.
Regardless, there is power in the spoken word. |

I just can't get over the fact that Obama's recording of his book beat Bill's recording of his book. I'm still laughing about that one. |

Anyone else annoyed by the voices ALL being just a tiny bit out of sync with each other?
It must have been what they were going for, but why? It would have been much more aesthetic if they were either synced well or just echoes. |

It certainly was an interesting coincidence, but not quite as embarrassing as your wife losing primaries. Personally, I'd rather see that any day over the award. |
