you're suggesting that the life of one single human being is more important than a whole species?
disrupting the food chain and a whole ecosystem so that one single solitary person doesn't suffer?

Well, obviously, they're evolving. Next thing is to get opposable thumbs on their flippers, or prehensile tails maybe, and a little basic chemistry, and Flipper is on the warpath.
I hope they do. I hope they win.
Better that all people die than one dauphin child should suffer.
Should all that come to pass, though, I'll wind up rooting for the turtles...but hey! I'll be dead by then! So no worries. |

that's not too far off from some humans. only dolphins have an excuse - they're wild animals.
just very intelligent, sentient wild animals. |
