The video in the OP is one of the only things to comeout of PETA that I agree with, and a few of their other actions - the naked women in Gangnam, e.g. - have made me grant a similar amount of grudging admiration of the their chutzpah.

I agree that most pets should be spayed, certainly after at most one litter, and tossing the unwanted ones away is ugly rude and disgusting, not to mention unsanitary.

However, I'm thinking the biggest threat facing the planet is not too many puppies, but too many babies ... would it be a lot to ask that PETA members be asked to display medical docs certifying they've had their vasectomies and tubal ligation procedures? Fair's fair, right?

PETA's commercial was so sweet, though, and sex-positive, which is a refreshing change in a lot of ways ... "Ah, mama's little girl is gonna get some." (sigh)

I'd like to see some feminists protest against a PETA protest.

I believe some feminist groups HAVE objected to PETA for contributing to the objectification and commodification of women's bodies ... or something.

I think a lot of the more fringey feminists might think sex if kinda gross. And messy. And stuff.

Yeah, I too respond positively to retarded statements I see.

You know who also suck? The Jews. Sure, six million of them died in the Holocaust. But do you have any idea how many chickens, pigs, and cows are killed every year for our food? These PETA ads are right: the deaths of animals is no more or less tragic than the Nazi Holocaust.

That PETA campaign has got to be the most sickening display of poor taste I've seen in a long time.

I recently read that they contributed to the legal defense fund of violent extremists arrested in America for crimes like arson and bombings and stuff ... I wonder if the proud soccer moms in suyburbia knew that when they wrote their donation check.
