Hi,
So I'm back in Canada and would like to apply for my pension refund. On the Korean Pension website it says that I need to get my application form notarized by a notary agent in my city and attested by the Korean embassy. Has anyone applied for their refund from outside Korea? I am not near a Korean embassy. Does that mean that I would have to get my application form notarized in my city then mail it to the Korean embassy, have them mail it back to me before I can mail that and everything else to Korea?
Thanks
This is from the website: http://www.nps.or.kr/
