Real ramen with fresh noodles and ingredients?
There's a place in Jongro.....I have a card for it somewhere but not too sure where. I think it's a chain tho so there could very well be more. |

There's a Japanese restaurant in Gangnam that serves authentic tonkotsu ramen with fresh ramen. The chef was trained in Osaka. To get there, take exit #7 out of Gangnam station. Walk straight for about 5-6 minutes until you hit CGV movie theatre. It's located on the back side of the theatre building.
I used to go there for their tonkotsu ramen all the time, too bad I'm on a low carb diet now. |

I saw a Japanese ramen shop in Yongsan shopping center.
It was level 5 or 6. Outside the bookstore entrance i think. Maybe directly under the Starbucks ( 1 floor down)
i dont know if its fresh ingredients etc or not though.
next time Ill check the location, name, taste etc |

kenzo ramen in gangnam (and possibly a chain?) was good enough for me. ramen was alright, but the gyudon was even better than yoshinoya (well..almost) |

seconded although the owner is not Japanese so not quite `authentic` so to speak. There is however another place in Hongdae whereby the owner is Japanese and the ramen is fantastic. There is always a line of people waiting and you usually have to wait at least 20 mins+ but it`s worth it
Here`s a map if interested.
