I have used them and the one guy, James is a real nice guy. Gives you updates and gives no BS..

Havent been placed by them as I am in the process of getting a job directly with a school but I did my research on them and they're a solid company. Very comprehensive website and they're based out of Canada. We Canadians are a nice and honest bunch, eh?

I've been in contact with Sharon. I've had quite a few offers but haven't been hooked yet. Still wondering if it's a good idea to work with a Korean as a recruiter? Does this make a difference?

Gone2Korea is based out of canada and has an office in korea somewhere. Ive talked to james only, hes Canadian...dont know about sharon...and judging from posts on this forum about recruiters...most recruiters can be dishonest and if you find an honest one, korean or Canadian or anything else, stick with em...or do what Im doing and deal directly with the school...

Thanks for the replies. So far the company seems legit. However, I am a newbie searching for a job. I am certified in Texas to teach elementary education and ESL.

Thanks again

Are you only interested in teaching in Seoul? If not, contact me and I can put you in touch with the most reputable recruiter I have ever met here in Ulsan.

Me and my boyfriend used Gone2Korea last year to get our jobs in Korea. They were definately one of the better companies we contacted, and we contacted quite a few Wink
I'm not familiar with James or Sharon, we were working with Kirk. Kirk was by far the most upfront about things) compared to the other recruiters we spoke with) which was assuring from the start. Our school is also pretty good and we're planning on staying for another year.

Aline

Make it count!
