Being an almost newly single man again (been divorced for a while though), I decided to try the online dating scene......I posted a personal ad on a well-known personals site here in the states.
I had to admit- it was a cool ad too......but that was besides the point.....

HOWEVER- the very first response I got was from a female staff sergeant in my National Guard unit......my eyes bugged the hell out when I saw her intro picture that she sent with the email (talk about being extremely suggestive!)

Whoa!.......

Naturally, I won't respond because of the fraternization rules in the military.....but I know Connecticut is kinda' small, but I didn't know it was THAT small

I was seriously thinking about it (really really was), but it showed WAY too much cleavage for it to be accepted here and the last thing I want is the prissy MODs to ban me from this forum.......

But I am SOOO tempted though

Why the hell do people post tripe like this when they aren't even in the friggen country? It's like, "hey random internet people on a message board specifically related to teaching english as a foreign language in the country of the republic of korea. Today, in my hometown/state/country where i now live, something totally inane and non english teaching or republic of korea related, happened to me that i just have to share with you bunch of super duper peeps! So, whatcha think guys?"

Why do people care so much that I write here or not?
If I want to keep my friends up to date on things, don't you think it is my business?
If you don't like a particular post or thread, you do have the time-honored choice of not replying to it......that was what we were grown up to believe at least, that we were given this right by God to either post things that might be of some interest to friends and those that read it have the right of posting what they want (so be it......it only shows that their IQ is similar to their shoe size or sperm count) or they can move on to a post that interests them...

My point is--- if you don't like what I write, oh well.....stuff happens, just make sure you don't step in it on your way out the door.


For all who wants to know............I have an idea thats similarr to what Atavistic is suggesting.........its going to be hillarious

I posted the pic she sent me eariler today (my time) and within an hour of putting it up, I got a PM from a MOD saying the next time I posted something like that, I'd be banned.....
If you know of a better way to go around them, please let me know......thanx in advance......................


Spliff.....I think if a person posted a pic of you in your scivies, they'd be banned too, right?
I think most posters would find it revolting and obscene instead sexual in nature.........
