I got my visa extended today for what I thought would be one more year (2/28/09), but the stamp on the back of my ARC and my passport says 12/28/2009.
Did someone make a mistake and give me an extra 10 months by mistake, or is it normal to add time when getting a multi entry visa? |

I am assuming a typo, better ask for verification. |

If I call and they say it was an error then I'll have to take the 2 hour trip back to get it fixed. I checked my contract and it definitely says 2/28/09 |

Given that small mistakes in Korea can cost you more then a 2 hour trips if not resolved asap, I suggest to double check.
Just call and give your ARC number, then request until when the VISA is extended, because you cannot read the number very well.
If it does not correspond, inform the other that you have been given another date on the ARC, and whether that can pose a problem, etc .... |
