Has anyone had their passport stamped by the Korean consulate in Sydney?
I just got off the phone to them and they told me I would have to send a flight ticket along with my passport and other documents. Is this usual? |

Wtf? I won't be booking or paying for my flight 'til I definitely get that visa & have it back in my hand.
Visa is step 1, flight is step 2.
I think I'll need to give them a ring now too, you've got me worried! |

Let me know how it goes.
It is particularly annoying for me because they do not tell us if we need an interview until they get all of our documents.
I live 10 hours away from the consulate.
If I need an interview I will leave for Korea from Sydney to save money. If I do not i will leave from Brisbane.
All I can do now is guess. |

| all 3 times i've done it thru these people, all i've needed is to hand in my passport for a day. i don't see why things wd've changed too much. |

They changed everything with the new visa regulations |
