ive been going to this PC room near my school to get away from the other teachers part of the day when im not teaching. But when i go there I cant play any of the games. It looks like you can do it if you register for the games using what I am guessing is the Korean equivalent of a social security number. I dont even know what that is. Is there any way around this so that foreigners can register to waste time playing video games? Im sure there are other gamers on here...

I asked one of the guys who works here (I'm in a PC room) and he either signed me in with his own account or with a generic account the PC room uses. I played Kart Rider.

You should check out http://www.mame.net and http://www.romnation.net . Once you get MAME compiled, you should have a choice of over 1000 arcade games that you can play on the computer.

But for registering to play the Korean games, I think you have to get a Korean email account first. If you don't know Korean, you have to go through the tedious process of typing in the words in the dictionary to know where to put things like your name and telephone number. And of course, you have to use the ID number off your Alien registration card.

yes after trying to register with foreign ID, I gave up and now use my gfs ID..
