This isn't the "Dave's Posters Gone AWOL/MIA" thread, nor is it the "I hate you people! Now lookit me flounce outta here in high drama-queen fashion!" thread.

Nope. It's the thread for Escapees, Deportees, Runners and anyone else who's managed to bust outta of the Republic. Ex-Republicans. There have been a few biggies recently, and I'd like to keep track of them and their movements in case of any unpaid phonebills or parking fines.

Your map is outdated. Instead of "Sea of Japan" it should be "The East Sea".

I'm staying.

I swallowed my pride and re-signed.

My wife enrolled at the local college I had no choice.

Swallowed your pride, eh? Did it taste like kim-chi? Man, I hate it when that happens!

Did I just make a list by THE JongnoGuru?

normalcyispasse - you're out of here sooner than I am, so I guess I won't be seeing you at the airport haha. My flight leaves at 9pm.

davai! - what time is your flight on sunday? perhaps I'll see you!

Yeah, I'm leaving on Sunday, but I don't expect to completely disappear from the boards, as I'm not entirely sure yet how permanent my return home will be. Who knows....if I can get a better position with even more vacation, like at a privately owned public school or the likes, I may just be back. For now though, I'm out of here, so my appearances will obviously be less than before, and perhaps eventually fizzle out.

Davai!, are you leaving already? I remember meeting you when doing my visa run.

On that note, I'm out of here too. Laughing
I will laugh if I bump into you in the airport on the way out. I might have missed the story.. why are you leaving at 6 months (less)?

Leaving Sunday morning and travelling around Asia a bit. I'll be back for two weeks as a tourist (basically to see my friends again before I take off) because my work just wants to pay for my flight back from Incheon to Montreal, not from anywhere else.

I might come back in the fall, though.
