Nice thread.
I notice he does a version of Beer-drinking Woman. Cool. The only version of that song I knew was by one of my all-time, all-place, all-situation favourites: Memphis Slim.

When I think of Chuck Berry, I think of scatology.
catch the clips of Keith Richards and Chuck, where Chuck is trying to teach Keith the opening riff for Carol. Hilarious. Keith looks like he wants to take out a knife and cut Chuck's head off. |

Chuck, Link Wray, Ace Frehley, Jimi Hendrix. the pillars of rock and roll guitar playing in my opinion. |

He's a talented writer of memorable songs guy for sure.
By ther way, didn't he author the hit, "My Ding-a-Ling" and all of the other tunes that were very risique back in the early-'70s? |
