Probably staged, but still funny. Sounded like maybe Germany, but I may be wrong, the audio wasn't very good.

I prefer the 'forcefully grab their umbrella/bag/newspaper/hat, hit them over the head repeatedly until the next stop, throw that isht out the door and fold your arms' method. It's worked for me before. Very Happy
