Just go any of the places in your neighborhood with all the scooters out front. If you are just looking for something to get around on, no language skills are necessary. I got a sweet (though admittedly paperless) 125cc for 350,000 at my local place and it has served me well for the past year. Plus then you have a ready-made place to get it serviced, if you buy it locally. |

There are a whole cluster of motorbike stores around Chungmuro station (lines 3 and 4). I don't know the exit number, but you can go out of exit 1 and they're all along the opposite side of the street (after the numerous pet shops). |
