I think there is a big difference between simply being mentally disabled/physically disabled and having these conditions along with immense agony.
No one would argue that killing a happy energetic child with downs syndrome or something similar is legitimate. From what I understand and from what doctors testified to, was that this little girl was in agony.
That "shoot her in the head" comment is a little weird, I can't imagine any father wanting to do that to his child, but I can't say I disagree with his decision to end his daughters suffering. |

| -why didn't a good lawyer get him a manslaughter charge due to temporary insanity. Clearly a slowly dying miserable child would be grounds for a psych evaluation. |
