Has anyone heard of or used this service?

For approx. $400 they will:

"Retrieve a Criminal Record

Obtain an Apostille (for Hague Convention countries) or foreign certification (for non-Hague countries)

Translate the Criminal Record into the target language

Have the Criminal Record authenticated by the Consulate or Embassy of the target county"

I'm wondering if this service is legit...

Also have questions since it does not say it will be notarized...

$400 seems like a lot, but it may be worth it if I can do this all straight from Korea and avoid any snags along the way.

Any thoughts?
