Right wing extemists in Russia have made a video glorifying their attacks on minorities. Appear to be exclusively Asians here.

For all the pregiduce and racism some foreigners feel here, let's be real, it doesn't even compare to the levels for some minorities in Europe and Notth America.

Are they Chechen or Asian?
That is the first question to ask, when deconstructing this film.

Few Chechens would identify as "big A" Asians (just as equally few would identify as "big R" Russians).

So consider the possibility that it could indeed be a Chechen propaganda clip, used to highlight Russian nationalism in its most violent form against their relatively small islamic minority.

The jeans wearing skinheads may be totally wrong and discredited in their tactics, but politically the validity of their argument in opposing Chechen independence (which is the heart of this issue) is indeed a legitimately held view of the overwhelming majority of Russians.

been there..done that...er not that I was a skinhead, but russian neo-nazi gangs are the scariest people in the world. They kill people for fun. And they mutiliate the dead bodies sometimes. They had a huge role in showing me russia was messed up and the fact the govt. doesn't move against them is even more telling.
-trust me, the chechenya issue is a big one with massive human rights abuses on both sides but even so, the attitude most russian have towards central asian and trans cauces(look I can't spell the word) people is nothing shorty of scary. In one class the students openly refered to Azeris as Trash.

On principle, I will never watch any video made by Russian skinheads (unless it's a ska band).

I've chatted to a few Russian skinheads before from both sides of the spectrum. The racists are some of the dumbest mutherfockers on the planet, and the anti-racists are pretty well organised and fight them at every opportunity. It's very common for a show to get smashed or for someone to get stabbed. One of my friends managed to steal the banner of one organisation from one of their shows. It's really not like being a skinhead anywhere else in the world; the racists vastly outnumber the non- and anti-racists.

what's really interesting about racist skinheads is that, despite their bluster, they have yet to bring about that racial holy war they've been ranting about since that time when dumb people rediscovered hitler.

Hi - I'll elaborate more but I'm on the side of the Russians. More power to them and if I could buy them lunch I would.

The beatings are an appropriate response to the illegal immigration, asylum abuse and immigration abuse and blackmail and extortion via multiculturalism. Again, more power to them. I wish them the best.

Not withstanding I owe much to the Koreans but not to "Asians" but theres problems with exactly what I do owe to the Koreans.

Hi I'm back and ready for a fight. I'm a nativist, racialist, a racial realist, a xenophobe and when justified, a white supremacist. I'll answer your questions or give you the big picture if thats what you want.

On this issue, mentioned above, I'm familiar with ebough Russian history to know that east of the Urals was conquered by Russia and this land was populated by Asian looking people. I'm also familiar with illegal immigration from Asia to the west. The young men in the video were reacting to that. If that condition were not real, this incident would not have happened. Its unfortunate that an innocent may have been hurt, however The Russians are the defenders. They are moral as long the abuse exists from the other side.

You should know that that behavior and abuse cannot continue indefinitely.

I'm White and I dearly love the peace cause by ethnic homogeneity. I'm looking for a White place to settle and go evac to to be safe and it looks like St Pete will be that place and it appears that virulent measures will be needed to keep St Pete ethnically homgeneic . So, so be it and more power to the Russians.
