I agree with your point that campaigns can't control what people outside the campaign do, but in this case McCain is complicit. It was a McCain support event at which the talk show host was speaking. He and his people had better get a handle on who they allow to represent them in formalized settings. Nothing would mobilize the Dems like raising their PC ire.
