wheres gonna be the best price on a mobile phone that i want to get in gwangju si; if i buy any mobile phone will it be possible to use it on sk or do you have to buy sk specific phones?

i just want a pay as you go cus i hate bills.

There's an interesting second-hand phone store on the street that runs from the North District Office to Malbalu Market. It's called "second-hand cell phone department store" or something like that in Korean.

They have phones for several service providers, but you'll have to go to the service provider office to connect. The people there are really helpful and have lots of dead phones for spare parts (and were able to repair a REALLY old phone I was using.)

I just wanted to mention this place because they have a wide range of second-hand phones. If they have anything available at the company shops, they are overpriced junk.
