Just out of view - top right (shuttle bus runs every 5 minutes to/from noksapyong station and samgakji station. 0.5km from house to hyatt shuttle bus stop. 5 min shuttle ride to nok station, 10min to samgakji station. Shuttle runs from 6am to 11pm. Can shuttle transfer from noksap station to another shuttle which goes to itaewon station - no extra cost). White building closer to center of image is Hamilton hotel and itaewon strip.

Room for rent 10 x 10 with nice window, small aircon in this room
cable service for tv is hook-up in this room

vigorous walk up hill - still only 8 minutes

**Rent has been reduced with the agreement that the place must remain SUPER clean. I am a neat freak of sorts. Dirty places = cockroaches.

Dude, you aren't a neat freak, you are poor and/or cheap as hell and can't afford furniture or don't want to buy furniture. Go shopping or something.

Your bathroom is messy to say the least. And the rooftop.....

The rooftop has potential if you could get off your arse and clean it up a bit. Maybe put some outdoor furniture up there or something. Buy a grill.

Throw the leaves off the roof (the average guy can do it under one minute). Get rid of that bucket of random sticks or hide it better.

350 is okay but a freaking 1000 deposit? are you insane? like you are going to take someone's 1000 and put it in a nice savings account and not touch it ..... You basically want 4 months rent up front, 3 months of which will not count toward rent....

good luck and clean up your rooftop trailer before you start advertising your space....

I like pain, so I watched it again. The first half of your video you are on your rooftop which is the biggest selling point of your place. However, your camera is focusing on the dirty rooftop and not the view. Next time avoid the actual dirty green rooftop and focus on the view.
