So basically when I run utorrent, my comp's cpu usage soars to 100 %
and utorrent is hogging my system's resources.
I turn off utorrent and everything goes back to normal with system idle around 90-95 and cup usage at 5-8 %
What's going on???
By the way
I'm running a laptop with a pentium M 1.7, 512 megs ram and windows xp service pack 2 |

Yeah, I thought it might be that so I throttled my upload to a max of 20 kb/s
No good.
As soon as the program is launched, even with no uploads/downloads running, my cpu usage goes to 100%.
I think I'm just gonna have to delete the program, run all of my security software, and then re-install utorrent. |

| mine has been using alot of computer usage as well.. hovers around 50-60% .. doesnt matter if uploading at 40kb/s or 4MB/s.. |

I uninstalled it.
Ran antivirus and antispyware. Found some spyware and cleaned it out.
Reinstalled it. Computer is running at around 5%now with utorrent on so I'm happy. |
