that would help me out a lot too! my co-teachers seem not to have access to this site-- because they're always stealing my powerpoints

I will upload stuff from indischool here.

So far I've only got a few files related to grade 3 lesson 1. More to come.

Darkness--I'm in the process of uploading several weeks' (or months' -- depends) of high school teaching material to my esnips account. Will post the link when everything finishes!

EDIT:

I should add that my students are high-beginning / low intermediate.

Here's the link to the files I've uploaded:

http://www.esnips.com/web/KHSEFL

Some of the PowerPoint files are .pptx (PowerPoint 2007) and there are some Word 2007 files as well (.docx), but you can view them on any computer by downloading the Office 2007 Compatibility pack.

You'll need the karafun karaoke player to play the karaoke (.kfn) files. It's a terrific tool you can use to create your own karaoke songs too--the kids love it!

Also, the video files will open with GOM Player or VLC Player.

I think it is cool as all hell to see people sharing like this!

I don't come by here that often due to various reasons but when I do and see a thread like this, I really see and feel something special. This is what "teachers" are about. Helping each other out and really getting excited about getting kids excited.

When I first started promoting my own stuff with karafun and esnips, there was just a huge echo in Korea. Glad to know people are catching on.

I have literally THOUSANDS of top quality karaoke song and I'll be really promoting it this year. Just busy recoding, converting etc...and will have a youtube channel full of it, along with a click and play in the EFL Classroom A/V player. I think converting the karafun to high quality video will only get more teachers using it and eventually producing their own.

For lessons, you are all welcome to share the unlimited storage at our mediafire account. As well, if you surf the threads, you will find loads of materials and lesson plans with instant uploadable stuff for instant classroom use. I really think though, the best kick ass stuff on the site are the ppt games and the writing materials, by far.

I'll be checking out the esnips stuff here, you be sure of that!

I don't what a bump is but definitely cool.

"Bump", well I can tell I need some tats.

I don't that the lessons were all that educational in a sense, but very cool still.

I've worked for the public schools. Very good that people are sharing. Kind of nice things.

I think I need some piercings, I thought I'd start with a Mitsubishi uniball through my tongue after I finish my new Kalashnikov tat on my arm.

What is a "bump"?

You know, when you're drinking something and the car hits some uneven road, that's a bump.

i think it's cool too that people are helping each other out. I'm constantly searching the internet for new ideas. Sometimes i'm successful, sometimes i bomb terribly. It's nice to know for once that there will be one place to try to look for things instead one huge cyberspace.

If people have so much interest in this thread, we should ask the moderators to make it a sticky, so it doesn't have to keep getting bumped. I just saw this thread now and was surprised to see it's rather old.
