It looks like with Ohio McCain has all the delegates he needs.

The only contest on the Dem side that is clear at this point is Vermont, and Obama looks to have not only won, but swept by 40 points. A win was expected, but this is a blowout.

Czar,

I'm sitting here waiting for Ohio and I'm pretty sure Clinton will win it by 5-8%, not a landslide, but I pretty good win. We'll see how many delegates she nets from that. Texas with its two part system will be interesting.

Yep, McCain is the nominee now and he'll get a one to two month jump for the general election while the Democrats doddle around.

With 36% of the precincts reporting, Obama leads McCain 319,213 to 261,249. That's good. Unfortunately, 'that woman' is beating them both with 446,656 votes.

It looks like between RI, VT and OH Clinton gained more delegates then Obama. The margin in Ohio was larger then I expected.

I haven't seen any delegate counts for Texas yet, it looks like they haven't even finished counting for the daytime primary. My guess is there will be a couple delegate differnce on that one. We also have to see what happens with the caucus as well.

Based on Real Clear Politics, it looks like Clinton was +16 delegates over Obama for Ohio, VT and RI.

The Texas Caucus is 54% Obama 46% Clinton with 13% reporting.

Well, after 2 months of the polls being wrong, they finally got their act together...and clouded my crystal ball.

This is a little frustrating. I really expected the race to be over today in both parties. If the math wizards are right that Clinton still can't win, then maybe it's time we unite the party behind...

Well it will be interesting to see with Wyoming and Mississippi to see what happens. Clinton won three of the four states, she clearly needs to keep winning if she wants to stay in it.

Obama seems to overpoll a little.

He may be the best liberal democrat in a while. ( I would vote for him over Dukakus , Kerry , Carter, or George McGovern if I had to choose)

But he is still a liberal democrat.

Let Hillary and Obama knock each other out .

You say that as if it were a bad thing.
