You can get a love motel room for 25,000 won around the train station. A little seedy but still a cheap place to sleep.

Last month I stayed at a love motel about half a block from the Daegu train station. I don't remember the name but it had a neon flower on it or the motel next door did. You can see the flower from the train station. If you're facing the train station entrance, it's across the street on the left. It was 25,000 for the night on a Tuesday night. I can't imagine anything in that area going for 60,000 won but it always pays to shop around a little. Sometimes one motel will be one price and the motel right across the street will be half that. Put your bag in a locker at the station and walk around a bit until you find something in your price range.

The prices he quoted were for the room and the prostitute.
