do you have to sign a blank contract(no school name) when applying to gepik?
is it not possible to get the name of the school on it?
if seems atleast couple of people who post here has signed contracts without the name of the school in it.

You do not have to sign a contract without the name of the school listed.

In my case, I dealt with a recruiter who put me in contact with my school, not with the GEPIK office.

Send out some emails to recruiters stating your wishes. Make sure that they know and understand what you are saying. If they suspect that you don't know what is going on, they might/will try to put you out in a field/dump.

GEPIK seems to have a rep close to Wonderland and SLP these days.

Would you sign a blank check?

A contract or more specifically these contracts represent a check for the next year of your life, make sure you understand the quid quo pro.

Here is the next year of my life in exchange you will give me __________________________________________________.

I went through a recruiter and chose the school I wanted to go to. The contract came and it had that schools name on it. Guess I was lucky, but being specific always helps.

A friend who is also in GEPIK did the same thing, but they "bleep" his paperwork up and attempted to give him somewhere totally in the middle of nowhere. He just said thanks but no thanks, and miraculously his position became available again, I think they were just trying to fill the out of the way places (I can't blame them), however honesty does go a long way, so be specific and don't sign a blank contract because you are just asking to be shafted.

I used to sell used cars.

Very common to leave blanks in the sales contract during a signing.

I never did that myself but I knew others.

Lease contracts were the best, where you leave the Aquisition or
disposition fee blank and write it in in the finance office the
disposition fee is easiest one to sneak in.

These tactics are used by recruiters so practice "due dilligence".

Caveat emptor.
