For anyone who enjoys guided meditations to help relax, you should check out this link:

and try the "Daisy Pond" meditation. It is by far the most relaxing guided meditation that I have ever tried.

My pleasure, dear....

I like sharing things that have a positive effect, and this is definitely one of them.

I am usually unable to fully relax during guided meditations; either the speaker's voice is aggravating or obnoxious, the music is odd, or I am simply unable to let myself get lost in the moment. However, with this one, I was completely engrossed and relaxed before I even realized it was happening.

It's LOVELY.
